This page describes the public website only. Product data handling depends on the selected deployment and must be documented separately.
Contact draft
The website builds the enquiry text locally in your browser. It does not submit the form to a NeuralTools server. Opening your email application still does not prove delivery; you review and send the message yourself.
Browser storage and analytics
The current website does not use the form script to write cookies, local storage or session storage. No website analytics or newsletter backend is configured in this build.
Email and external services
If you send an email, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process that message under their own systems and terms. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer exports or unnecessary personal data in the initial enquiry.
Product deployments
Data sources, hosting, retention, subprocessors, deletion, access and incident procedures depend on the implementation. Request those terms for the proposed setup before connecting production data.
